Parmesan cheese

Cedar nuts



Ingredients for the sauce:

Rapeseed or mustard seed oil


Salt, white pepper

Preparation: asparagus are put into baking dish, sprinkled over by salt and roasted in oven in temperature of 225 degrees until they are slightly soft. Sauce is cooked by mixed together all the necessary ingredients. Grate the cheese and slightly fry the nuts. When asparagus are seared, sauce is poured over, then sprinkled by cheese and nuts. To be served immediately.
