Salmon with asparagus

Ingredients (2 helpings)

2 pieces of salmon fillet, about 150 grams each

100 grams of asparagus

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Lemon juice from ½ of lemon

2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard

1 can of preserved beans, washed and strained

2 handfuls of small spinach leaves

Preparation: pieces of salmon fillet are steamed for 3 minutes until changing of color. Asparagus stems are attached and steamed for another 4-5 minutes until asparagus are soft and salmon is completely cooked. While steaming process of meal is on, the sauce is made by mixing together olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. Beans and spinach are put into bowl and mixed with steamed asparagus and prepared sauce. The vegetables are put into two plates and are served by placing the steamed salmon pieces on top.
